The only university in Odisha that got authorization for three courses under the ODL mode is Sambalpur University.
A list of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) authorized to offer online and open and distance learning (ODL) degrees has been released by the University Grants Commission. In order to recognize programmes under the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode, the University Grants Commission (UGC) previously asked eligible Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) to submit online applications in accordance with Regulations 3(A) and 3(B)(b) of the UGC (open and distance learning programmes and online programmes regulations, 2020 and its amendments). The UGC has granted approval to over 80 universities so they may offer a variety of online distance learning courses.
The only university in Odisha that got authorization for three courses under the ODL Mode is Sambalpur University. Students will gain from these flagship courses, which include the ODL versions of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Master of Commerce (M.Com).
