The UGC-INFLIBNET launched the She Research Network in India (SheRNI), a platform that is an expert profile network system that links and helps female faculty members and scientists to create a strong professional network with chances for mentorship, cooperation, and career advancement.

With the introduction of the SheRNI by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Indian women professionals may now network with other female researchers and academicians in a variety of sectors and exchange information, skills, and expertise. An expert profile network system called the She Research Network in India (SheRNI), made possible by the UGC-INFLIBNET, links and assists female scientists and faculty members in creating a strong professional network that offers chances for cooperation, mentoring, and career advancement.

The website, https://sherni.inflibnet.ac.in, will take you to the platform, which has 81,818 profiles of Indian women in science and research across a variety of fields. Additionally, it contains data on 11,543 patents and 6,75,313 articles. The network was devoted to Indian women professionals by Prof. Devika Madalli, Director of INFLIBNET at UGC-IUC, Gandhinagar. It was started and directed by Prof. M. Jagadesh Kumar, Chairman, UGC.
