The Ministry of Education publishes policies for coaching facilities and forbids accepting pupils less than 16 years old.

No coaching facility may: (a) hire instructors with qualifications lower than a bachelor’s degree. (b) Give parents and kids false hope by promising them a good grade or rank in exchange for enrolling them in the coaching centre. (c) enrol students who are younger than 16 or limit student enrollment to those who have completed their high school exams. (d) disseminate, cause to be disseminated, or participate in the dissemination of any deceptive advertisement pertaining to any assertion, whether direct or indirect, about the calibre of instruction, the amenities provided, the outcomes attained by the coaching centre, or the student who took the class. (e) be enrolled in the event that there is less space available for each student. (f) employ any instructor or convicted individual’s services; (g) be registered unless it has a counseling system as per the requirements of these guidelines.

Receipts for the costs collected must be provided, and tuition fees for various courses and curricula must be fair and reasonable. A prospectus outlining the various courses and curricula, their length of completion, the number of lessons, lectures, and tutorials, the number of hostel facilities (if any), the fees being charged, the easy-to-leave policy, fee refunds, etc., must be provided by the coaching centre. Additionally, these facts must be placed in a visible and easily accessible location inside the building’s grounds.
